in My Computer, go to Tools -> Folder Options -> View, and under the folder marked "Hidden files and folders", Check "Show hidden files and folders"

Why don't you just delete the file? If you can't, get a utility called GiPo Moveonboot, which will let you delete the file automattically the next time you reboot.
