Great signing, so we're set for 3-5-2 for a long long time? Not a fan of the formation, but it would be great if Conte wants this guy as a gadget for the 3-5-2/4-3-3 hybrid. In that case what will happen to Licht? would he be ok with a bench role, if Isla excels that is?
