    Yea Etoo would've made more sense. He can also play a wide role. 33 is not a bad age when you're looking for an experienced back up player. We signed Pirlo as a starter at age 32 iirc.

    How is this about Quag? If anything, Drogba would be coming here to replace Osvaldo as our third choice striker behind the front two. Since Quag, Vucinic and Gio to a lesser extent, barely play anyway.

    Depends on who we buy for the wings. If we also pick up Menez and the likes of Nani, Perreyra, Candreva, then I don't see Gio get enough playing time for him to be happy even in the case of a formation switch.
