TBH mikhail, I've never been a big fan of Deco, but do agree with you. I think the Porto system where the play is based around him suited him better than the NT one, where you have Figo, Ronaldo and Rui.

Yeah, but thats not how it works. If I knew a million bucks would fall in front of me if I stood in a certain place every day for 2 years I would. The fact is that you have to work hard and pray that it works out for you, that it pays of.

Dont you think hard work isnt a talent in itself? If it's so easy to work hard, to always give 120% why dont all players do it? FInding a hardworking, motivated player is much harder than finding a talented one.

Why are you so obsessed with talent? Talent is nothing, it's work that makes the big players. Success is 1% talent and 99% hard work, it's been said more than once.
