    I calculate my body fat percentage each month. So this month I when I weighed my self I was 2 KGs down. And according to the body fat calculation that was equal to 3 percent :)

    Dropped 2 KGs of fat over the past month. Very very happy. though I was very worried when I saw the scale showing that I lost 2 KGs instead of gaining.

    so I amanged to reduce my body fat from 15.8% to 13% in like a months time and gained 1 Kiloegram of weight. Very proud moment to be honest. Though I haven't changed much in my diet, just kept it clean and in check every day.

    Now that the fasting season is over, I look horrible after losing so much weight. I am guessing-7 KGs.. Even my 32" jeans are lose now. Got to start all over again.. :sergio:

    Maybe you can have whey protein after work out immediately then have casien protein before bed. This will feed your muscle while you sleep. I go for cottage cheese shake before bed.

    what sort of a shake lasts for 6 hours! Solid food gets digested in 2!

    have propper meal man. Dont go very high on carbs though and surely dont sleep right after your meal. Wait for sometime (around 2 hours) :D you can have a protein shake before bed though.

    with my metabolism rate. 1 month. workout is 3 days a week. Played football twice weekly for 1.5 hours. Cardio before and after exercise for 15 minutes. No carbs come evening time.

    Darn V. Getting chicken pox at late age is not the best thing that can happen. Focus on recovery and look ahead for next year. There will be always many vacations coming your way. Hang in there man, and toughen up.
