    Quitting smoking

I don't believe that most people can stop whenever they want. I've known smokers with way more motivation to quit than me and try using methods they read about, gum, patches, etc. while I just one day got sick of it and decided I was done. Try as they might they just can't stop buying them while...

    Quitting smoking

Yea thats why I quit. I realized I was only smoking because it was something I starting doing at 12 and I was to lazy to make the effort to quit. Quitting sucks at first but I'm really glad that I did.

Good man, I have quit smoking cigarettes too and I haven't had one in over a month now. For some reason it was really easy for me to quit but most of my friends can't do it.

    Quitting smoking

Yes, IZ, I get that you have a problem with smoking it is not necessary to continually bring it up. I know the health risks of smoking and I don't want to add butane inhalation to them if it is really so bad for your health.

    Quitting smoking

I heard yesterday that using a regular bic lighter for smoking anything is bad for your health and that a much better alternative is to use a glass rod that you heat up with a torch and use it to light instead of using a butane lighter. I have only seen it used to light the bowls on glassware...

    Quitting smoking

Thanks, I know most people do start smoking again but I am confident. I have never had a craving or even an urge to smoke a cig now and back when I was smoking everyday. I only did it because at the time it was what all of my friends did. It is almost impossible to quit once you get hooked on...

    Quitting smoking

Some people have a real struggle with cigarettes, I think it just depends upon who you are and if you have a so called "addictive personality" I used to smoke just as much as all of my friends but I quit easily and don't miss them at all while most of my friends either struggle with it or never...
