You have to keep in mind that Heynckes' Bayern was the perfect fit for Mandzukic while you can't say the same about Lewandowski and this Bayern team.

No discussion about that. And as CumsonianKing says, Mandzukic wouldn't be a direct replacement anyway. But it's still frightening to think that we'd downgrade and not upgrade our attack after our best season in more than a decade. But anyway, I still doubt Tevez is going anywhere this transfer...

I think it's because people don't look at the player he is, but the fact that he would be a downgrade to Tevez. And that it seems unlikely he would come unless Tevez leaves.
