Yes.. again. Shit isn’t working. How the hell can our rookie LB end in situations where he’s playing against Barella and Hakimi? Both obviously 10 times better than he is. Ramsey is there to blame but it’s mostly on Pirlo.

And also Ronaldo playing on his side. People tent to forget these things when they see a player struggle. Not saying he’s the next Zambrotta but so reactions are a bit too much imo.

Frabotta was really exposed at that left side because Ramsey filled the striker gap. It’s one of the reasons that Sassuolo found all that space on our left side (and Danilo is defensively a lot stronger of course at the other side). You should never defend alone but he was constantly in 1 vs 1...

I like him. He has potential. Still a bit shaky, but knows how to defend and seems to have the stamina to cover the left side. Hopefully we will continue to give him time, no pressure just as backup for Sandro/Berna.
