I like the formation we used today. It was a 4-3-3 mixed with a 3-4-3 as Zambrotta covered pretty much the entire left flank, playing as a left back at times and a left winger on other occasions. He was very effective in this role and looked really good in attack. Del Piero was very good...

That's exactly what Gazzetta think Capello will use except they have Tacchinardi in Blasi's place. I really hope we play this. I've been saying for weeks that I want us to use a 4-3-3.

Gazzetta think it's going to be a 4-4-2 with Ibrahimovic and either Del Piero or Zalayeta (probably the latter) upfront. Capello has not yet decided whether he will give Olivera another chance or push Zambrotta into a more advanced role with Pessotto at left back.

@JuveBoy: And who's going to play on the right of midfield? The wide players in a 3-4-3 have to do a lot of defending as well as attacking. Zambrotta is perfect for this kind of role, so are other attacking full backs like Roberto Carlos, Cafu and Ashley Cole which is why when we used 3-4-3...
