    I do, and so should Appiah. Tacchi's best years are behind him and IMO he doesn't have alot to offer the team besides leadership and passion. His tackling is reckless, his passing is average at best, and he doesn't score goals. Appiah and Blasi have potential, and Capello should work with them.

    That's another factor that has to be taken into account. It certainly helps when you have good players operating next to you and your team is playing well. I hope I don't sound like I'm taking anything away from Francesc Fabregas of Arsenal, because that definitely isn't my intention, but...

    Agreed. Appiah is more comfortable in the Ghanian set-up, simply because he's guaranteed a place in the team and can concentrate on doing his thing more easily. The talent is there as was shown in 02-03 with Brescia, so hopefully Capello can get the best out of him like he has done with other...
