IMO Zambrotta is having a rather disappointing season. He can't be blamed completely because Capello's tactics are restricting him. He no longer has the freedom to bomb forward with abandon that he had under Lippi last season and this is definitely a negative. Gianluca isn't the best left...

I'd say yes to 30m or anything in excess of that amount. Zambrotta is one of my favourite players and a top left back but no one player is bigger than the team. The benefits of selling Gianluca for a massive sum of cash are too good to ignore.

He certainly isn't a priority though. I wouldn't say no to him but I think we should concentrate on other areas and give Mutu a chance. Cassano could very well be a massive hit but he could also turn out to be a disruptive influence.

Exactly. I wouldn't trade Zambrotta in a straight swap for any other left back on the planet but if Chelsea offered 30+ million I'd have to consider it. We could probably get Chiellini for as little as the half of Miccoli's contract we own and still have money left over to buy two world-class...

Zambrotta hasn't had a great season so if a massive offer came in from Chelsea I think we should at the very least consider it. We could bring back Chiellini and sign Evra or Parisi and still have money left over to strengthen the team.
