    Quitting smoking

Chill out man, I was joking! :D BTW Seven, it's not all in your head. 2-3 days after I stopped smoking, I had pains in my stomach, headache, a bit of fever, constipation and severe coughing. I've suffered from these before, but not all of them at the same time. There had to be a connection...

You know that it's not good for you in the end. You just lack the will power to do what is necessary.

Same here. And it was a stupid move. We had to remove the "smoking zones" in our site. So everyone goes outside the main gate onto the road and smokes. All the people walking by are exposed to the smoke. With the smoking zone, that wouldn't have happened. Dumbass government! :sergio:

    Quitting smoking

Well Rab, i do admit i started smoking to fit in with a group of friends back in 12th grade. But then, i was smoking only 1 smoke a day, or sometimes none. It only became constant and a habit after starting to work. Yet i could never smoke a pack a day, and no chain smoking.

    Quitting smoking

@Rab: I did feel relaxed after a smoke when i was stressed. But in most cases, it was about making use of my 15 mins break. A smoke in 15 mins just suited my working lifestyle.

    Quitting smoking

@Rab:  i never smoked to impress anyone. It was just a casual thing that became worse after getting a job. Im not gonna smoke in my room or my toilet. Btw, your husband is a fag, in that case. :D

    Quitting smoking

For me, THE biggest reason is my job change. In my earlier rope, i felt like smoking to relieve stress. But so far, ive never had any stressful days. Thus my NEED to smoke went down drastically. The WC helps cos im always in my cubicle watching the match and never go outside. Plus, hardly anyone...

Just wanna say that I'm trying to quit smoking too. I stopped smoking last Monday and wanted to see how far I can go. So far, I've been able to avoid it very easily. despite boring days, I don't feel like it. The World Cup certainly keeps my mind off of it. I did yet to smoke one this Monday...

    Quitting smoking

i guess smoking one or two sticks when we have a silly reason every 3-4 months aint as bad as smoking a pack or two each day! it'll do much less harm than regular smoking! at least your not torturing yourself from not smoking in silly situations! feed that urge for that time only, and use all ur...
