    Fernando Llorente

Well, this was a move that didn't really work out, but I actually like Llorente more than I thought I would, and hope he kills the Spanish Giants while at Sevilla. In for free, out for free -- not a big deal. Nice that we're going to save almost 20M in salary, hopefully we'll be seeing that...

This! More freeeeedom for Carlitos, less support for Nando, it was definitely the way to go. Llorente is a great guy, hopefully Beppe can find a nice situation to get him solid minutes.

Monaco has been trying to trim their payroll. When a team is making a concerted effort to lower payroll and raise some cash because of financial implications, why would they go out of their way to overpay an under-performing 30 y/o Llorente 4.5M a season? Unless they get him very cheap, that...

    Fernando Llorente

So other than Tuttoshit linking him to Sevilla (which makes superficial sense simply because they're a tier down from the top Spanish clubs, yet have had some success and have a bit of cash), is there any other noise about this guy leaving the club? Anything from his agent, Beppe, etc.?

Guess we'll see soon enough, but I don't think we will sell the guy. He seems to get along so well with everyone -- particularly Marota, and Pogba, which is great -- and he's been a model professional. He helps facilitate some tactical variation that is pretty useful, too (especially later on...

Definitely never expected him to leave after last season. 16 goals, 5 assists in 34 league matches... for me, he was better than I anticipated he would be in his first season. Love this guy's attitude, his professionalism. Hope he really puts things together in year 2. Also, what an aerial...

Nice to see him off the mark, great header, good work in the build up play, too. Real solid effort today. Keep it coming, Fernando!

This guy anywhere near the pitch during a competitive match. Let's do it.

Giovinco was actually fine in his role, the attack flowed better after he came on. The ridiculousness was using two of our subs on wing backs, when we're tied with fucking Copenhagen. That De Ceglie sub was so WEAK. Fernando should have been included in this one.
