Not so sure. Was just thinking that this is quite an awkward moment for Cagliari: Sell Nainggolan and Astori and make a healthy profit, but risk a relegation battle; or keep the two of them, finish safe in midtable and hope they can still make a decent amount of cash from them next summer...

There's plenty of time for Juve to do the deal for Nainggolan. The tougher thing to allow the deal to go through is Cagliari finding a replacement.

The value of the sale compared to what the player was shown as being worth in Juve's accounts, I think. They sold him for 3.2m less than his current book value.
