It's not really a show of faith. Redknapp views the EL as nothing more than an inconvenience, so was quite happy just to play a reserve/youth team.

Iago should be brought back, because, apart from anything else, playing in our Primavera team will do him as much good as playing in Bari's.

Depends on what the clubs agreed.

Maybe Iago would have struggled to get playing time in our Primavera, so the best choice was to send him to a weaker team's youth side. :D

It is incredibly risky to throw a youngster into a struggling team. It can do the team and the player more harm than good.

How often have you seen Iago and Daud play?

Watch Primavera games, then. Or maybe Iago should play instead of Giovinco?
