Maybe a few years down the line he'll get to play in a 4-3-3 if he develops well but at this stage in time he's not exactly worth changing a potential treble winning system for to accommodate. I guess if Berardi keeps developing or Dybala improves a lot in the next couple of seasons a 4-3-2-1...
