Why is it understandable it has bugs? They had 2 years of working on THIS? PES has 23 years of game catelogue, and other then pes14 and possibly pes8, nothing where even close to as half bad as this current e-football is. Its a glorified demo that has no content like additional teams, players...

They got to play a build that is months away from being released, probably next year.

Its an unfinished mess of a brief demo , released quick just to get the deadline of releasing same time as FIFA. Few months in to next year, it may become a decent game. But right now, it isnt.

Did you play it on superstar difficulty? If not play on superstar, and later legendary difficulty (what I play on). Also yeah pes 21 is 90% of pes 20, they didn't want to develop a totally new game, and just made minor changes, and said will dedicate all resources on pes 2022 for ps5 next year.

Yeah you can create custom manager as allways, these old legend faces is just a sentimental touch when you are coaching their former teams etc. Ancelotti is also licensed choice to be in the game, and few others.

The gameplay has virtually allways been a class above FIFA, but PES been lacking in the packacking, presentation, inovative off the pitch modes and scenarios that FIFA do (or other sport games). Now they seem to be getting more ambitious.
