Esti did not impress me in the Roma or Novara game. Giaccherini on the otherhand was very impressive against Novara.

Like we saw against Napoli, when it did not work we were flexible enough to change it back, let's hope it does not come to bite us tonight like it did the first half of the Napoli game.
