Ya actually I agree, if James would play PF for a whole season, that is. Also offensively, Green is probably one of the worst ball handling SG in the league so you'd prefer to have another wing that can drive and kick. It would have been amazing if they traded Kuzma instead of Ingram.

I like these guys in these positions: _____/Rondo Green/KCP James/_____ ______/Kuzma Davis/Cousins I think if you fill those gaps, it would be a great team. They could have easily done it if the Kawhi thing never happened.

Green is the only shooter that you can actually play though. Cook/Dudley/Daniels can't play. Cook didn't even play with all those injuries to GSW. Dudley and Daniels? You cannot be serious. And Davis always had better numbers with Mirotic beside him, not Cousins. And this was prime Cousins...

I think the Lakers roster is very bad. But it's probably the best they could do while they got dicked over waiting for Kawhi.

It's about more than just next year for Kawhi. He believes in Jerry West to keep the team competitive for 3-5 years. I don't know what the Lakers do once Lebron declines//retires/gets hurt. Could be in trouble immediately.

I think the Lakers got had more than Toronto. I think we knew Kawhi was leaving and there was no real opportunity cost. We're over the cap and couldn't sign anyone. So it was either Kawhi or nothing. But the Lakers missed out on some better FAs.

He was not coming back to Toronto. So what is the other option?
