It's probably debatable nowadays...some countries have done it better than the others. But every country has done it better than any country in Africa for sure. :D

Better life for everybody, it's a nice thought. But I don't want to be the one paying for it...it's not my fault that people in Africa for example still haven't managed to build a working society. And to be honest they never will, I would bet my money on that. No country can offer better life...
