    I know, I misquoted the wrong one. My bad. Never was a fan of supplements, I take BCAA's and vitamins. But I'm not looking to be a cover model, just fit and healthy. I tried fat burners and other things before but got best results eating clean and consistently and training.

    Yea, not so much time to post. We're opening a new restaurant and I'm so busy doing 1000 things a day. Progress is there. Slow but steady. Took a break and traveled but now that I'm single again I can spend 4 hrs in the gym so I started kickboxing more.

    DON'T DO ARM CURLS IN THE DAMN SQUAT RACK. Some jerk spent 45 min on it and I Missed my squats today because I was on a timed schedule and got so mad I couldn't focus on anything else so I just left before I hurt myself.

    Hip flexors? Pain as in tightness? Do you stretch them out after/before workouts? Try incorporating lunges to loosen them up. Typical squat soreness next to your glutes. I have to stretch mine out for a good 15mij before I squat to get real deep and flexible.

    I can't give you a percentage or anything that would statistically satisfy you. He mentioned pain when raising the knee, not extending it, hence my suggestion of a weak quad. Vmo or the " tear drop" or "inner quad" is located in the quad region,no? Muscle imbalance could be culprit.

    I'd say weak quads/IT band.... Rollers are your best friend for deep stretching the pain away. But pain normally occurs because of weak muscle/imbalance. Can't tell you more if you don't elaborate more. Where abouts is the pain located and when do you feel it?
