I don't think Zac will risk playing a player with Candreva's characteristics next to Melo, who would be our only DM. Candreva looked like somewhat of a pussy in duels and defensive work today if I'm honest. Probably PDC-Melo-Candreva, in a 4-3-1-2.

That's basically what happened when Del Piero was injured, we just looked for the best formation with our players available. But yea.. Del Piero is our captain so from a new coach's point of view it's gonna be hard to just bench him. I wonder what will happen when Gio and Camo are fully fit...

Del Piero can't play in that formation. I'm guessing that's a huge problem for most managers. I'm dying to see the 4-2-3-1.

I'm rather excited aswell I have to say. It's not like there will be many changes though, as he's only arrived yesterday. A win could lift the spirits and give this fresh start a boost though.

I'll be honest with you.. I just want to see the 4-2-3-1. Don't mind whether it's Yago or Candreva as AMR, I just want to see it again. I'd have Amauri as our striker though. No way Paolucci can offer more.

Put Candreva up a line and we have a deal. Let Momo and Melo do that job as DMs on their own.

Candreva should be able to play in a position next to Diego aswell. A bit further to the middle of the park than he played in that 4-4-2. There are a few options, if he wanted to play that formation anyway.

I really hope he fields Momo and Melo as DMs. It's like Melo doesn't have brainfarts when there's only 2 in that line. And Diego needs more help. 4-2-3-1. :stuckup:
