    Mine is 15 euros a month. It's not really a top notch gym with sauna or TVs or anything fancy though, but it's perfectly fine for me.

    I don't think it's possible to 'run' 1 km in half an hour. That would mean you hit an average of 2km/h, which is walking, very slowly.

    :tup: Keep it up man. -- I'm going 3 to 4 times a week now. I feel much better aswell, and I can tell my stomach's a bit flatter, my arms are growing and I last much longer on the treadmill etc.

    Netherlands are known to be ultra-flat, as most of it is under sea level. I just happen to live about as far South-East you can go without leaving the country, where there's hills all over the place. :D Meh, screw corny, it's good that you're picking it up again. Same situation health-wise...
