It's a weird rule. Basically you can slap through the ball hand and it's OK.

Yeah they are playing a great team with probable MVP, but also they don't have as much depth as the Nuggets and it shows.

He's quite scary clutch in the playoffs. And ultimately that's what most people remember, they don't focus on a million missed shots. Some guys just do better with that shot of adrenaline.

It's a dumb fucking question, that's literally all it is. Lebron missed, Jamal scored. I get that people all have a job to do but it's inane. He answered the question

I don't think either of the play-in results are that surprising. Edit: Just watched the Pelicans-Lakers highlights, damn, could have been so different without Zion's injury. Unfortunately that's just him.

Btw what's this I'm hearing about a potential Sengun trade?

It is insane but Gobert was pretty crap and Wolves mediocre last season. For example Gobert had 2.7 BPG in 20-21 and only 1.4 in 22-23, it's almost the same thing. But Wemby as a rookie is catching a lot of pretty dumb players out with his insane length and smarts. He'll get better at blocking...

Still foreign on the basis they are foreign lol? Well yeah, but the NBA also considered Tim Duncan to be an international player. Agree that Ant will be in the mix in the future. I don't think hero ball is too much of an argument against it anymore as that's part of what the NBA has become, but...

Canadians for me are a little different as they go through the same college route as American players (and many of them high school). Embiid is another who did this. It does happen with Euro players too from time to time but more often they go from a pro Euro league.

I have a feeling Spurs are going to get the #1 pick again and another high pick so next season could be significantly better for them and then exponentially over the next several years. Wemby is that good. Amazing how teams continue to obviously tank and get away with it though lol, mine...

Funny how the Rockets and Jazz went in two different directions after the trade deadline. Polar opposites. I'm not convinced this super tank is the best thing we could have done as it is kind of half a job and too late, and creates bad culture, but we obviously wanted this pick to not convey...

Great dunk for sure lmao. Seems a lot for two points - dislocated his finger and Collins got a head contusion from the finger contact (sounds like a great excuse for 5 games' tanking, sorry, I mean injury). Dunking hurts, so fair play to these guys who keep on doing difficult ones.

First I read it was a bad one, then Woj said it wasn't as bad as first thought. Presume it is a season injury then? Basketball is particularly annoying with these injuries as they do decide seasons.

Getting to watch a few games at a reasonable time with these earlier starts (like 8-10pm here). Post-ASB season is often shit but whatever. Jazz put up a good offensive show in Miami yesterday and a perfect tank loss with rookies flourishing. Defense is still crap. Today had Celtics-GSW on as...

West looks like it's going to be a sprint to the finish for spots so that will cost some worse teams some schedule wins against good teams, and you'll see stars play more than in a normal season in the run-in. I expect Jazz to finish bottom 10 and get their pick as their schedule is hard, even...

You meant dunking over a 5ft tall guy who's sitting down wasn't better than the 2000 dunk contest?
