Is Gaston a traditional winger? Or more like an attacking midfielder? Because if he is an AMF, and we slot him in the trident to replace Pepe, what's the difference between Gaston being up there in comparison to Jojo? Will Gaston be able to go up and down the flanks constantly?

I was hoping that Pirlo would play the big games, while Montolivo played the smaller ones and tough-scheduled matches to give Pirlo a rest.

Not as much as a Pirlo-esque player could provide. I mean Nainggolan would be a great addition to our squad, and I'd love to see Nainggolan, Marchisio and Vidal fight for starting spots, but we really need a sub for Pirlo and more or less an heir to him.

Why wouldn't it lack creativity? Pirlo is usually our mastermind behind everything.

I think Montolivo would be keen on moving to Milan because their midfield would be much easier for him to break through for a starting spot. I hope we can pick him up for cheap however. He'd be good to have.

He'd be a very good transfer, considering we have a good chance of being in CL next year. Hopefully Pirlo can take him under his wing as well and teach him some things.

We might lose Sissoko and Aquilani. We're left with Melo and Marchisio. For 6M that's a fairly cheap price to pay. We should buy Montolivo 6M, but not to forget to buy someone with great quality like to Sahin, Pastore, etc.

Martinez = Ass, so one ass cheek + 6M would be nice for Montolivo IMO. Add some depth to our squad.
