:sergio: You were talking about police and how swiftly they'll act, well they couldn't control the crowd when they were merely "playing" with flares and smoke bombs. What suggests they'll do a better job when even more shit hit the face?

Well we all saw what the "Olympico police" did when our fans attacked Parma, Genoa and Cagliari fans. Yea, they stood and watched Alex calm them down.

Actually, here in Jordan for example. I would be. The laws here stress on the fact that in case of a car accident that involves a car hitting a pedestrian even if the pedestrian just popped out of the sewer, it's the driver's fault. But there's an intention of changing that law now :D

It's fuckin called MAN SLAUGHTER! why the hell call it that when slaughter wasn't (supposedly) committed? What a fucked-up name.

So man-slaughter is actually unintentional-crime-committing? :sergio: Well that's just great.

Yea but the intention of murder was there. Anyway, you mocked the way I judged this fine since I have no international law knowledge what so ever unlike the English and Belgium justice systems and here's what they came up with: Is their interpretation of murder is also at fault 7?

Ofcourse there was, those pool fans attacked the Juve section with nothing but harm as an intention the proof is that they didn't stop even when many Juve fans were jumping off the wall but they kept pushing and attacking them. In my book that's murder or at least an attempt of murder but to you...

See the thing is, there were barely any ultras in that section attacked. It was mostly families and kids there but that won't change your mind about it would now. I didn't bother to reply because I've said it all in previous pages and I was getting tired repeating myself over and over again.

Both Liverpool and the stadium gets the blame but naturally when it's about murder the stadium isn't the one to point the finger at. And I agree completely with Uefa's reaction the same way I agree with what the English justice system did to those convicted with manslaughter.

    Heysel: In Memoriam

Because some disasters are more of a tragical than others. Simple as that. . Yeah, I understood this wrong. Even the English justice system got it wrong when they prosecuted a dozen of Liverpool's hooligans with manslaughter. And I really can't see how the hell should the way football was at...

    Heysel: In Memoriam

Then again it wasn't riots that started the whole tragedy but rather a flaming match or cigarette accedently starting the fire. Im talking about a tragedy where fans were cold bloodily murdered as hooliganism victims. That IMO is what makes this the most touching tragedy in football history the...

    Heysel: In Memoriam

Because a freakin wall was brought down on a Juve section of the stadium that wasn't even interested in riots but rather packed with families and young but that didn't stop Hooligans did it? Now name me one football stadium tragedy that has this high number of victims killed other than...

Blondu was objecting on bianco calling what Rab suggested doing, pathetic. So he asked him to take a look at the 1st post of this thread to realize it's not pathetic of Rab to think the way he did. Or so I think he meant :shifty:

The tragedy that is the most touching in football's history. May all the 39 dead rest in peace. An admirable action by Pool.
