Sissoko needs to improve on his passing before he can be compared to Mascherano. To me, that seems like the only major difference.

I'd hate to see Marchisio on the bench, but if Tiago can give us what he gave Chelsea and Lyon I will be satisfied. The club winning again is more important than Marchisio playing right now. Tiago was built for a 3 man midfield, while Marchisio is still trying to find and define his own game...
