fcukin injuries setting me back this year..
broken finger, twisted ankle, bruised hip bone, pulled lower back muscle... sheesh guess im gonna have to dump the 6 on 6 football for laps in the pool to get my cardio goin...
Thats what im trying to get back to doing... i quit smoking back in dec so my appetite went through the roof. I also broke / tore ligament in my pinky so that also held me back.. But yeah The one good meal a day with snacks throughout worked well for me.. I just need to break back into that...
Right on! you definitely need at least a day a week to PIG OUT. But i have to differ on some of the dried fruit and nuts. As tasty as they are you shouldn't go overboard. Figs,dates,apricots all contain high sugar/calories also nuts provide great nutrition but overdoing it can bring you under...
:agree: But only salads can really get old fast... like to mix it up a bit with some lean meats, fruits and shakes (whey,flax seed,peanut butter,blue berries) This keeps it a little less boring.
Tuna in fresh water, chicken breasts, egg whites, Lettuce, Whey protein shakes and a multivitamin , 3 days weight training, 3 days cardio, 1 day rest.... 2 weeks and you will be beach ready.
