Without a doubt this is better than the 22/23 kit

Unpopular opinion but seeing the kit on the players it looks better than this years'. Better than 2020/21 too which were the worst ones for me. The design makes the lightning bolts on the Jeep logo slightly less embarassing.

Yes, only because of the 4xe logo though. It turns a potential classic into a tragedy.
