No, no do not get me wrong. I am not condoning any type of violence. The people who attacked Egyptians today should be caught and never allowed in a stadium again. This whole thing, from both sides is disgusting imo

I think its undeniable that a group of Egyptains attacked the Algerian teams bus. All the violence by the Algerians after today's game is unjustified, but hitting the players before the game, thats a whole different level.

True(on both counts :P) Algeria miss a ball winning midfielder, maybe even a striker that can actually score goals on a consistent basis. Other than that, they are very well covered:tup:

Ah yes, i misunderstood you at first. I always thought they were the better team and would go through though. This Algerian generation of players could achieve a lot imo.

Hard luck to Egypt, they played a good game but Algeria's goalkeeper was absolutely fantastic today. Another thing was, Abo Trika was disappointing yet again, he failed when the whole nation was depending on him. Congrats to Algeria, they had a great qualifying campaign. I've said it from the...

Nope, that would be me. I was the only one in the forums that predicted from the start that the Algerians would go through. Me and Deneb even had a bet(challenge) :wth: Didn't we have a bet on who was going through. You said Egypt would while i always insisted that Algeria would?

Don't worry they won't. I can't be wrong twice :claire: Which game did you watch? The Algerians were extremely negative in their approach. Algeria's chances were from set pieces and counter attacks.

Congrats to all the Egyptians today, i didn't expect you to pull it off. Algeria didn't come to play football today, they were so negative in their approach and Egypt punished them for that. The Egyptians didn't play a great game themselves, they created few chances and it was route one football...

21:30. You don't need to go to the Sheesha btw. Its on Algerian TV, its on Egyptian TV and its also on Al-Kass TV.

The atmosphere is going to be explosive, this is by far the most heated game tomorrow.

I think this generation of Egyptian players is done. Ahmed Hassan, Wael Juma, Hani Saeed are all done. Trika is still a magician, but his body isn't helping him anymore, and you could feel that he doesn't have the energy to carry this Egyptian team on his shoulders right now. Then you have...

I've watched all 5 of Algeria's games in these qualifiers, i am not overestimating them. They are at least in my humble opinion the joint best Arab team right now along with Tunisia. This new generation of Algerian players is an extremely talented group, add to that the fact that they have...

Your underestimating Algeria. No way will Egypt beat this Algerian team by two goal difference.

Algeria won 3-1 when they should have won 6 or 7. Egypt has to beat Algeria 3-0 now, no way thats happening. Congrats to Algeria. Ghezzal played a great game today, i can see why Spalletti was interested in him. Belhadj and Ziani played great games too.

You guys played an extremely poor game yesterday against Zambia, you managed to win, but yet again the win came as a result of individual brilliance instead of overall team contribution. This generation of Egyptian players is done, and its now time to move on to the next generation, only problem...

We did very well in the first round of qualifications, we got 12 points out of 18, the same amount of points as first placed Ghana and second placed Gabon, but the latter two qualified on a better goal difference. We were a bit unlucky.

Very good game by the Algerians once again to beat Zambia. Nice goal by Saifi after tremendous work by Ziani and Matmour. When you can have Mourad Meghni and Ghezzal on the bench and still look like a strong team, then you know that you have a talented squad.

Cameroon won't get 6 points of Gabon. Gabon are a strong team at home actually and i doubt there's any team in their group that will get 3 points from their turf. Egypt has to win the rest of their 4 matches if they were to qualify for the WC. Their only hope is that Zambia gets a result of...
