    Tried it this evening, down to 25 minutes from 27. Definitely felt a bit dizzy afterwards alright :lol: Need to remind myself that I only started back running 3 weeks ago and nit to push things too much

    Started back in the gym this month, just trying to get fit at the moment, not worried about bulking up just yet. Running 5K in 28 minutes but trying to get down below 25 minutes before end of Feb. Not sure what constitutes a good time, guess it comes down to age, weight etc?

    :lol: Nothing like non-stop partying to help a 'cut' and get them calf muscles working. I'm off to Ibiza for a week this Saturday and I plan on doing the same

    I used to get 30 chicken fillets for 30 euro in my local butcher, but then the quality started to dip. Things were pumped with water or something because they used to shrivel in the pan. Wouldn't hurt to shop around though, as I'm going through, on average, 2.5 - 3 fillets per day :D

    I used to get crippling stomach pains where I thought my stomach was going to explode. Could never tell if i needed a poo or to vomit. Haven't eaten bread lately and it seems to have stopped. Possibly an allergy?

    Man that sounds horrible to me :D Eating chicken everyday can be a bit tedious too though I'll admit. Thank god for Cajun seasoning. Love eating full chickens, make me feel like a real man, then drop kicking the carcass into the bin for added man points

    :lol: Replace all that with steaks (both beef and turkey), chicken fillets (sometimes full chickens), hake fillets, broccoli and eggs

    Eating right is damn expensive, I'm spending 50 euro extra on food per week

    Done this today, worked out great. No point doing higher weight with "poorish" form just to prove that I can do it - - - Updated - - - Did the same with my deadlifts :tup:
