    I'm not speaking my mind about Italian NT, but teams in Italy. There are many players that are talented but don't get a chance to prove themselves. It's just a different (wrong) mentality IMO. You can see coaches like Ranieri saying 'he's too young/inexperienced for Italy'. Insigne for example...

    I don't think that's the issue, then. Only a couple of good players leave Italy at the young age. I don't think it's fair, but you can tell that's the reason why it's everything falling apart. Over the past 2 years only 3 promising youth players left Italy so that's not a big number. One kid...
