well i was thinking someone around the age of at least 34 and italian,a player you'd want in your dressing room but not neccesarily on the field..like therole rampulla played in the team four-five years back.but i think in a few years a few of the guys you mentioned could well fit the bill.:)...

but none of them,imho, quite fit the picture of a good teacher or mentor,which would be useful in coaching youngsters.

i'd keep pessotto and ferrara,and give conte a coaching position. we do need some experienced players,you know. oh,and i'd replace chimenti with stekelenburg.
