Rosicky is probaby the kind of player who excels in an environment where he is surrounded with players of the same calibre as him,who are on the same wavelength on the pitch. In that case Juve would be the near perfect club for him.
That's a pretty good point actually.
But seeing that Chiellini looks like he might actually cut it at the top level I think it's not too big a sacrifice to make if we can get a couple of really good players.
It is exactly because of this shortage that we will probably get a good price for Zambrotta, the replacement we're looking for need not be an attacking one.Personally I don't think it will be difficult to look for a replacement because of what Capello asks of him. There are plenty of fullbacks who...
People have been judging Zambro on the lofty standards he set last season, and now that he isn't doing as well because of Capello's tatics he's getting alot of criticism.I'm one of those who aren't against selling him for the better of the team,we all know Zambro is one of the few in the team...
I'd be looking for a little bit more,as John said maybe around 30m €,but having said that first and foremost Moggi has to promise to spend that money instead of keeping it all in the bank before I'd consider selling anyone. The squad depth is bad enough as it is.
Well IMO he has. He's still made runs, contributed to the attack and worked his ass off. While performance wise he has been way below last season,it's certainly not for a lack of effort.Saying he hasn't contributed to the offense is a little harsh.
I would've said no if it was a year ago,but right now I'd definitely consider a large bid.
Besides,I've always said that Zambrotta never was that great a defender, even back in 03-04,we could definitely get someone more solid at the back.
