IMHO yes, i wont pay the pay raise myself and i cant comment on that, if that was the only problem, then its ok i guess, about the extension, i agree, it adds stability and trust in both team and coach, BUT i seriously doubt that DD is exp enough to handle our future, i said that the first day...
