I suppose it's down to personal preference. I've even reverted to text commentary if I'm playing a game that's not important

haha I loved FIFA 98 (it was the first FIFA I really got into). I prefer 2d, 3d looks so fake and you need to play fairly slow to actually get any benefit out of it
