    bah i have gotten so lazy but need to lose around a stone and a half by the wedding in August, god knows how but doing 90 minutes kickboxing on a monday, 2 hours kung-fu on a wednesday and walking the dog isnt enough...i may have to lay off the wine :facepalm2:

    well the kung-fu is going really well and the kickboxing sparring has started properly,our instructor wants us to enter competition in the next month or two but i aint too sure i want my pretty face punched yet. i aint quite ready for competition but the cardio workout is tremendous

    That's half the battle imo,luckily I used to be a chef so its easy to make some chicken breast and veg into a tasty meal. Though right now I find my post workout protein shake is becoming too elaborate....protein,teaspoon of honey,teaspoon of peanut butter,scoop of oats,spoon of natural yogurt...

    been a bit lazy the last few weeks,kind of hard getting up at 530am when the sun does not come up till about 830 but giving up the weed and gonna start training properly for competition kickboxing and working my way through my Kung-Fu sashes

    i got up at 5:30 for 10 years for work...been nearly 3 years since i did it and man it is hard but my dog is seriously not impressed with me dragging him out for a walk at that time

    getting up at 5:30 is killing me but i am seeing gains,reduction in fat...i am wearing shirts that were straining as the buttons 6 weeks ago but fuck me it's hard getting up at 5:30

    aye i am planning to workout Mon-Wed-Fri/sat (depending on how i feel after Kung-fu Thursday pm but go for a swim and sauna Tue-Thu am and aye any stretching recommendation are welcome Thursday after Lau-Gar i am knackered,like proper wrecked.....but then i go home and have to walk the dog
