US Presidential Elections thread - the fate of the world to be decided

Sorry guys. Probably no winner will be declared until at least 10pm EST at the earliest. Back in 2000 I think NBC claimed that Gore won the election at around 9pm, but then they retracted their statement. If it's close at all they'll be more careful. Hmm, I wonder if there are betting odds...

I just got back from voting for my main man, the superior candidate, the hope of the future for this country, Senator... JOHN McCAIN! :D Nah fuck that, I voted for the right guy, not the one who can't raise his arms...

When you going to vote tomorrow, Burke? I have a stupid exam right in the middle of the day and classes, so I can't go early. Seems to me like I'll be going at 2:30. Thinking about skipping the first class of the day and vote at 8am.

And here we go again. Voter papers strewn out on a highway from Hillsborough County, the county that contains the city of Tampa and hence a more ethnic populous. http://www.myfoxtampabay.com/myfox/pages/News/Detail?contentId=7779138&version=7&locale=EN-US&layoutCode=TSTY&pageId=3.2.1 :seven:

That's not my argument though. Sure, people become scared, but it's nothing like the fear being propagating this time around. Some actually believe Obama will destroy the country, not just unsuccessfully prevent a terrorist attack.

There will always be criminals with guns because we live in a gun culture. If we started to become stricter on weapon control once the 20th century began, we would have much less of a problem. But since we have stuck our foot in the beehive there will always be a gun culture here, city or...

It's successful stuff though. Even my well educated lawyer Uncle buys into it. But then again, he's seen his city raped and pillaged under Black and democratic rule, although he doesn't understand that the likes of Ronald Reagan and the Ford Family are more to blame for the collapse of the...
