I don't even see the basis of suing Mutu, let alone Juventus. I've never heard of a company firing an employee for testing positive for drugs then suing the person to recoup some of his wages.

Such a law would be rather messed up if Chelsea sack Mutu and successfully "fine" us for simply giving him a contract after they sacked him. We should not be liable for this nonsense. Mutu is the only party here that should be subject to any fines.
