I agree. As horrible as Allegri mark 2 has been, there’s no denying this squad is comprised of many mediocre and mentally fragile elements. Even a new coach might not be enough, but it’s clear that something has to change in terms of the management and coaching too.

Bye bye CL for the season and also bye bye CL next season too. This vomit worthy club will be playing in the Conference League at best next season.

About as expected. Still would have preferred Fagioli in over McKennie, but other than that it’s our best bet tonight. We really only have a half-fit Di Maria who can come off the bench and provide a spark. My word what a bad stage we are in as a club on and off the pitch.

I said once the group was announced to at we’d struggle to make it out, so I don’t see anything better than a draw here. I hope to be wrong but it is what it is. Still have awful memories of that 0-0 against these guys in the EL second leg semi-final.

Yep. It’s pretty crazy how often he’s got most decisive decisions and matches wrong. Compare to his first spell with us and the difference is very stark.

Good lineup, but we will surely start Milik given he’ll miss the game on the weekend? I dunno. But I don’t want to see McKennie, Kean or MDS anywhere near the starting lineup. Cuadrado too tbh, but we are too short on options anyway.
