Money coming in is always good, especially when you don't lose a lot in the process. Giac is versatile, and a decent squad/rotation player, but that is all that he is. I'd probably try to push for 12 million, but 10 million is a good deal and should be seriously considered.

Trust me. I want our entire forward line disposed of, but it takes time. You can't revamp the entire attack in one season, so it will have to be a gradual process.

I wouldn't sell him either, unless an offer of 8-9 million was made. In that case, I would be tempted to sell him just for the money :D I can't think of anyone I'd replace him with that would accept the bench/his role, but then again that isn't my job :P

Right in what sense? I never said Giacherrini is useless; he's useful (sometimes) off the bench, and that is all he is going to be. Borriello scored a couple of useful goals in our Scudetto push last season, but he will always be a dud. As for selling Giac, if we get an offer of 8-9 million...
