I think i’ve noticed him misplace short passes or just losing possesion due to poor ball control at least 10 times yesterday but then straight away tackled/pressed and recovered it himself in each of those instances… As you said stats don’t really tell the full story, it was mainly a mixed game...

Very limited player overall but could still turn out to be of much better use once we have a proper system that allows him to get in the opposition’s box more consistently and that also puts both Kostic and Cuadrado in a position to be able to send in multiple accurate crosses, hard to properly...
