    the nice gyms are worth it imo. I’m rocking with LA fitness since it’s right next to my house and it’s never crowded but if I still lived in the city, I’d go to the $50 one, it was nice as hell

    any exercise can cause injuries if done with bad form and at too heavy of a weight. Deadlifts are some of the best compound exercises when done right

    I do bench, incline bench, shoulder press, dips, machine work with various shoulder raises and finish it with tricep pull downs. I alternate bench between barbell and dumbbells on different days. for pulls,, pull-ups, deadlifts, dumbbell rows, barbell rows, machine pull downs, machine rows...
