I can see this deal turning sour, with us getting royaly schtupped for an average player.

The italian Heskey maybe a usefull addition as he could more "damage" then trez. However we would lack the top quality striker if trez left. I cant see Iaq scoring 20 goals for us , whereas i could see the Hunter snaffling that many.

that truely is a hideous prospect. All he will do is take Zala's position as the big man if we need to rough things up. He is not top draw material in any shape.

Good work DD, Iaq does indeed Suck. THe only good thing i can think about his is that he is Italian.

I never said speed was vital, jus making the point that he is more similar to heskey than to vassel...largely due to pace. With regards to robinho, he is imho rather adequate in the technical department, much more so than trez. Trez is merely a top class goal poacher, a skill in its own right.

Vassel actually has pace.....but like Heskey, Iaquinta doesnt. His legs may move quickly, but he is still moving slower than the modern day pele.
