Tevez and Rooney are both great players with a shit personality. Personally I think Tevez just edges him in terms of football talent but Rooney always had the easier path available cause he is English so he achieved more.

I don't know there's a lot of things that are annoying in Italy, I doubt it's worth it to sacrifice that much cash just for Italy instead of Manchester. Germany is where is at for a top footballer IMO.
