Why a 3-5-1-1 !!!!! - - - Updated - - - Conte must really not like Quag & Matri.

Can anyone tell me why we're playing a 3-5-1-1? Vucinic, Matri, and Quag are all fit to play. Why can't we play a 3-5-2 with Vucinic and Matri/Quag up front? Frustrating.
