My point was that we're training for 3-5-2 generally because it will be the main formation next season. Isla will most likely fit in easily even when he comes back on the field.

Seeing us sign Isla we'll be playing 3-5-2 majority of the time. I don't think we've abandoned 4-3-3 but I don't think we're gonna play it that often at all.
