Disappointing compared to GTA SA. And Niko's speaking Croatian or Serbian was hilarious and strange. To me at least they didn't hit it. This game I see as more of a story driven. If you follow it closely it can get you hooked but if you're just planning to go hastily through the game don't bother.

Can't wait for it. It looks very promising.
