Cavani will go to a petrodollar club for sure. Maybe not this year, but next for sure. We can't afford him, yet he's greedy. Last year he got a new contract with salary rise. This year he wants a better one and in the end he'll leave for a bigger(more rich) club.

And tbh we should not regret him. He's not the only striker that can score goals so no need to overpay for him.

Nobody is ever guaranteed. Look at Torres who failed in Chelsea (When used to play for Liverpool he was great). All I'm saying is: 1. I don't believe Cavani is available for 35m. 2. I would prefer to get Dzeko for 25-30m and keep Matri who's a solid bench player, very good for rotation...

No need to overpay imo. For 30m we can get Dzeko and keep Matri as sub. It's better than Cavani for 35m + Matri, so I hope we'll not go for him.

For that kind of money I'd rather we get JoJo + Destro, yet keep Matri. We'd have young, talented attack with lots of depth.
