Away fans are checked if they have the tessera (I assume) Don't quite me on all this, this is just what I've been told by my Italian cousin when he came here recently.

The only way you can watch "away" games as a fan in Italy is by getting a tessera (ID card with some personal info on it). Most ultras in Italy refuse to sign up for it. Inter, Juve and Milan ultras (and a couple of teams in Serie B) all accepted the tessera and are mocked by other ultra...

But Juve ultras have accepted the tessera anyway. Inter, Milan and Juve ultras all signed up to it, much to the disgust of other ultras in ITaly. So you combine all the ultras, + "regular fans" from Turin, Rome and other surrounding areas for the big number.

Juve have a massive amount of fans in Rome. And yeah it was a fucking great atmosphere, singing from the Curva Nord of Lazio was immense as well.

Yeah he's a very big loss. Their best defender. I remember the game away to Lazio last season. We struggled big time, even if we did get the win. I expect a much more confident and fluid performance from the lads. Should be a good game against a tough opponent.
